Shop Policies


Domestic standard shipping within the US is free of charge. Expedited shipping cost will vary due to the option you select when checking out. We use FedEx, UPS and USPS. Items that are in stock will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive items in 5-7 working days, unless expedited shipping is selected by you for an additional charge. A signature is required upon receipt of item. No deliveries to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes due for respective country being shipped to. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 


If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you purchased from you may return it to us for refund, exchange or store credit. Returns are accepted only under the following explicit conditions:
Returns must be received by us within 7 business days of customer receipt. This is for you to make sure you love it in person as much as you loved it on your screen. Items that are returned must be without wear and in pristine condition. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, including insurance. All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via UPS or FedEx.
Items purchased from a 3rd party retailer will abide by said retailer's shop policies.
Items purchased in person via trunk show or any in-person buying experience are Final Sale.

Custom Orders

A custom order includes any item not in stock. A custom order can be an existing collection piece or a custom design. Custom orders take 2-6 weeks depending on the piece. Sourcing, design, alterations all take time. All custom orders and all altered pieces are final sale and non-refundable.


We stand by our quality and craftsmanship. In the event your piece arrives with a defect please notify us immediately. If you damage your piece in any way, please send us an email detailing the cause and extent of the damage and we will do all we can to repair your item, keeping the cost as reasonable as possible. 


It is imperative you know your sizing prior to ordering. Proper fit of rings, bracelets and necklaces is key to your satisfaction. 


We may use your information to communicate directly with you to update you on shop updates if you sign up for notifications. We may contact you to communicate as necessary after you purchase an item from us. We will not share or sell your information with 3rd parties or affiliates ever. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
